2checkout is pissing me off....

We got another chargeback, for $6.99

We do NOT have any $6.99 packages! This is the 2nd time in 2 months I have recieved one from someone I don't even know.

I'm getting sick of their BS. Anyone else having these problems? I know once our money is taken out this month our account is as good as closed.

Okay, talked to someone on the phone who was very nice (don't know their name).

He also agreed with me about the situation, and it turns out this charge is from back in April which is why we don't have that package anymore.

They're going to pass it along... I mean, chargeback is fine but when the fee is 5 times more than the chargeback itself I am upset with this... I'm just hoping to get the fee removed

I'll keep you updated. Iguess their phone support is quite opposite from their email.

I will be calling them from now on, is all I can say.

I may be mistaken, but I don't think that phone number is forwarded to the new office any longer.

Hey Look Tom is here, back from the rodeo already?

Go answer some tickets! Your clients have been waiting weeks for answers.

That is the single greatest suggestion I have heard in a long time.

I use 2checkout and all my orders I get are considered fraud, even when I tested a payment to my self it said it was fraudulent, I figured, "uh ok". I'm thinking of switching to a real merchant provider, I talked with e-merchant.com which at least I can process peoples credit cards and all.

Was your account in demo mode? If not, it technically would fall under a "fraud" umbrella as you cannot process an order to yourself. If it was in demo, I don't see why it would give a fraud review as the transaction is never processed or entered into the system. Although I have seen stranger things lately I guess it is possible while in demo mode.

wasn't in demo, and a customer of mine paid for several gameservers a few times and 2checkout considered it fraud, then I got a order for lite hosting package for 35 dollars and it said it was fraud, god 2checkout is driving me nuts.

I've only had one order tagged as fraud initially, but it passed after further investigation.
