I'd say give it 1-2 business days for them to get your order processed.
Uptime Monitor - Minimize your downtime by being the first to know about it!

Blacklist Monitor - Are any of your IPs or Domains blacklisted? Find out before it gets to affect you or your clients.

If you placed your order with them going into the weekend most likely like most companies the sales department is not opened over the weekend so you might have wait an extra day or two and see if you hear from them. If after 3 days you still don't hear from them then I suggest keep contacting them and see if maybe they just don't have what you ordered available or what is available that you can get right away.

If you cant manage the server do not deal with them
Support and technical amounts in price
    Not very connected
If there are some problems and contacted them frequently do not solve the problem and advise you to upgrade the server to a larger plan
    I have tried many companies
Such as laesweb & godaddy & contabo and unfortunately all bad experiences
I have dealt with a hostgator for a year and a half and have not had any problem and I will be back to them soon
Currently I deal with contabo and the first two months the service was excellent
    * But with a lot of accounts on the server, the server became very slow despite the high standards
12 GB RAM, 4 processor, 300 GB hard disk
But the connection to the network is very, very bad

Contabo already one of the cheapest providers. You can't expect more than that from a budget provider. They offer a good amount of Ram and processor in a cheap pricing.

Regarding Leaseweb, there are many many Leaseweb resellers are doing business Successfully. They are one of the best in the Netherlands. Leaseweb is not an Overpriced provider either. Some of their resellers are offering 100TB Servers in 40EUR or less.
