I'm a old UC customer, new Sagonet one, and I would like to say that Sagonet has one of the best support team I ever see (better then RS and UC).

It has been some time since the move from UC to SN and the support team continues with fast and helpfull replies to all my trouble tickets.

EDIT: Forgot to say, sagonet support team doesn't leave you with that feeling of "I'm paying U$99,00 so it's because of this that the support team sucks"

Glad to hear support has improved. How is the network in terms of speed and reliability? I know that was another issue many United Colo customers experienced.

No slowdowns, no offlines my server is up and runing without problems !

The only problem (if we can call this a problem) with sagonet is that my server in conected to a 10mpbs port, and this in weekends isn't enought for my server
