Request for template designs

My company is in need of a web site, as an example of what me are looking for please see the following TM templates 2668, 2549 and 2276.

Ideally we would like something along those lines but a little more unique(we will consider a non-unique template if the price is right, main concern is to get our site up soon.).
We would like the quality of work to match or better the above templates.

We have not set a price that we are willing to pay for this yet, we'd like to take offers first.

We are hoping that someone will be willing to do this for a lowish price in exchange for being the person we will use when possible for all future outsourced web design work.
Our primary business role is developing database systems, at present we dont do much web stuff simply because none of us are web designers, were looking for someone to be available to do the page designs for us so that we can begin to take on this work. It's of course difficult to put figures on how much work we will have to outsource, and admitadley we would plan a pretty slow start to make sure we can satisfy our clients.
