i have been doing researching web hosting biz for 6 mth already, have seen many many hosting providers website, some good, some bad, i learn from good ones, other than that also invested 500 hundred over softwares, do integration, learn html, dhtml...etc. and really found out it's not so simple to start a good web hosting biz, but i really like web hosting business, i will try my best run this business, probably ten years later, i will become asia No.1

i got some at the bottom menu, not so obvious one.

i don't like the three small pic on top right side,the logo i also don't like...who can make me a customised set for those pictures? if good enough, i am willing to pay for it.

I would avise against having your text as a graphic on the front page. First for search engines, second for easier updating and third for readability. The font is pretty small to begin with, making it difficult to read. Since it's a graphic, there is no way to increase the size if you are having trouble reading it. On your sub-pages, you need to add something into the right column (or get rid of it). It is wasting valuable space that could be used for the main data which would reduce the vertical scrolling. It's not a bad layout, just needs some tweeking.
