Greetings!

I host a non-profit statistical site for a band's fan community and I would LOVE to get a few geek opinions on the best host for JUST the following requirements:

APPLICATION: ASP 3.0 + Access Database
BANDWIDTH: 20-30GB/month
COM COMPONENTS: Allows install of customized com dll components
PRICE: $10-$30/mo

I guess what I'm looking for in general is the cheapest ASP host for the most bandwidth possible.

Are there any hosts out there that specialize in non-profit hosting?
