Deciphering Spam Headers

Okay... I've never taken serious issue over spam before; I've just deleted 'em! But now I'd like to start complaining "upstream" about spammers, but am not sure who/where to do so. Can someone please help me out with this? Following are the headers from an email I've received three times today already. Who/where do I go to "complain"?

76.Red-80-32-138.pooles.rima-tde.net is the hostname of the machine that sent it.

80.32.138.76 and it's IP.

Thanx JTY! But where would one send a Spam Complaint to? And/or, what is the best anti-Spam approach to this garbage?

You could try, postmaster@rima-tde.net or abuse@rima-tde.net

I'm not sure about an anti-spam approach, I never get any.

Thanx again!

Any opinions on SpamCop? Is it worth the trouble? Are they effective?
