well if finally happened there down for some reason but i think i no why they said they were changing the layout of the site adding new features and stuff he also changed the plan to hummmm this is gonan be interesting

Unless your writing a review about them, I don't see why you would post that on WHT. They may just be rebooting the server, or Apache may have failed. Anyhow, wait a bit and it might come back up.

Is your site down or just theirs? If you think you know why they are down and you haven't even contacted customer service what are you trying to accomplish with this post?

yes i have tried contacting them no answer and they havent been on live support eather actually now that i think of it ive never once gotten a real person on the phones

Somewhat confusing post.

If their downtime has been excessive and you have failed at multiple attempts of contacting them I could understand but the way your post is worded you were just waiting for some downtime to pounce on them. All hosts, regardless of what anyone will say have some downtime at some point. Hopefully they can get the ball rolling for you as soon as possible. Shoot em an email or try to give them a call, hopefully they will reply in a reasonable manner.
