I`m about to get a Dell win2k from efreeservers.com.
Do anyone know how to get a mailsystem on this?
And I also need to get MS access in it to. How?
I know I can have efreeservers do it for me but that
are rather expensive.

Using MS Terminal Services on your new server, download your mail program and install.

You are going to have to zip up Access setup files and upload it to your new server and then use MS Terminal Services to install.
