Queried them twice and they generally just email you two weeks later saying something to the effect of: "the world didn't end so we assume this was closed". Can't say what they were or were not doing behind the scenes of course - in any case the issues were actually cleared up - most probably by the automated email referencing the problem being sent to the vendor.

From my experience, with small questions/queries, they respond within ~24 hours. If you ask anything bigger than "Is the cart free" etc. they will often take ~5 days and that's with constant naggign.
Thanks, Robin

Most of our tickets get dealt with in a few days, maybe a week.

They respond quickly. Almost every TT I entered was closed within 12 hours. Never got a reply, never fixed the issue. But they did close the TT.

I have found to get a response you need to email a specific staff member, I find one email evry morning for about four or five days will get the issue resolved.
As for TT, the are usually open for about 10 days and then get a reply like 'As you are still a customer of our we are assuming that you managed to survive without a solution to this problem - no point wasting our time working on it then!'
The best response I got was 'I am working from home at the moment so don't have access to your account.' - ticket closed.
