Does it need to work in Netscape? If not then just reference the file http://..../presentation.ppt... If it needs to run on both browsers - IE and Netscape, then save the presentation to HTML and then post it...

Hope that helps...

I tried that....wouldn't let me save it as HTML. It does have audio....maybe that's the reason. I have never did a presentation website before.

Shay21, is that file real big?
also, is your web host's settings capable of indentifying .ppt files?
see if something like this is installed:
application/vnd.ms-powerpoint ppt

Yes, the file is big. Could this be the reason?

Shay21, does the file absolutely have to stay in Power Point format? If not I could convert if to flash format for you. (free of course) Let me know.

What is it doing when you try to "Save as Web Page"? Throwing an error? If so, what?

I just did a quick test, and had no problems with a presentation containing sound. Note: When you save as an HTML, in addition to the PPT HTML file, there is also an associated directory created containing all the ancillary stuff. That (in its entirety) will also have to be uploaded to the web server...
