ok when my clients try to upload a cgi script they get a internal server error.on all cgi scripts, they just wont work. i have a cpanel server. what is the problem?

Could be anything - incorrect file permissions, uploaded in binary, incorrect path to perl, forgot content-type:text/html\n\n, syntax error, .htaccess error -

run perl /path/to/script.cgi to get see if any syntax errors come back

server can not fing perl /path/to/script.cgi

Did you change the /path/to/script.cgi to an actual path to a cgi script?
