Help me with MIME type

Need some help here.
Im having a legit website to allow users to listen to song clips
online.
All the nusic files are mp3, so, i used a .m3u playlist as link
to click and listen.
The problem is, the songs are not playing on Real Player.
It works fine with Winamp & Windows Media Player.
In my opinion, i guess its the MIME type.
Can you advise me the MIME types required to stream using a Real Player?
