The support people at Rackshack tell us that is simply because our ip is blocked. We have three distinct Class C blocks and we get the same result from all 3. I also tested via an associates dial-up ISP and got the same result.
Just out of interest, does anyone else get the same result if they try to get through to the screen for actually ordering a dedicated Raq via www.rackshack.net
