Rackshack Order Form

G'day All,

All day yesterday when we tried to place an order for a Rackshack Raq4i we received the following screen...

<--- SNIP BEGINS --->
Online Orders The Online Order Pages are currently down for maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might be.

Please call our Customer Service Department at 713-333-7873.
<--- SNIP ENDS --->

The support people at Rackshack tell us that is simply because our ip is blocked. We have three distinct Class C blocks and we get the same result from all 3. I also tested via an associates dial-up ISP and got the same result.

Just out of interest, does anyone else get the same result if they try to get through to the screen for actually ordering a dedicated Raq via www.rackshack.net ?

Just curious.

Best Regards

Thanks

G'day All,

Thanks for that. It's weird though. I've just tried again on a different machine and another ISP with the same result as before.

I'm in Australia, but I can't imagine they block Aussies specifically.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Best Regards

Hi -

Been there, done that - Twice within the last two months. Oredered two servers. First time MY computer crashed during the signujp process. The order went through, but I did not get my loggin info. A quick hookup on their chat (7:00 a.m on a Sunday) got me the necesary IP and I was into my server within ten minutes.

The second one (two days prior to your inquiry) went through without a hitch - immediate access to my server at the completion of the signup process.

Service has been excellent so far.

C'ya,

Crabby
