I would say on monthly basis, $25 would be cheap but per year? Apparently $25 could be the cost of the bandwidth they offer with this package for a single month.

Well, you might be able to get that by posting in the request forum - but the company that offers it to you won't be around long enough to fulfill that year contract.

Don't count on it. That 60 gig bandwidth requirement is a deal killer in any good host's book. It you post in the request forums and get offers, BE CAREFUL!!! Do your due diligence on those hosts. Do a search in the forums.
