Several weeks ago, I advertised here to pay exclusive commissions for help in selling my 500+ domains that expire over the next 3 months. Well, that didn't work out. Now I am determined to sell them myself, but still am open to commission offers.

Many of these domains are not worth much, and I probably will sell them for $30 each. (This includes transfer to the buyer and 1 year renewal, so the actual price is $15.) However I do probably have some valuable domains. (Last year I sold a domain for US$1,500.)

If you seem to have special expertise at getting domains sold for good prices, I may give you exclusive rights for a few of my domains for 4 months. "Exclusive" means that if any of these domains sell, you get a 25% commission, even if your efforts did not sell it. (However I must reserve the right to cancel early if you are found to be using spam or for any other reason.)

Another possibility is non-exclusive 10% commissions just for giving me especially good advice that will enable me to get higher prices or to sell more quickly. "Non exclusive" means that if several people give me special advice that I would not otherwise have known, then I will divide the 10% commission among them according to how important the advice was, at my disgression.

Another possibility is---make an offer! Maybe you want to buy some domains? Or maybe you just want to give some friendly advice? In any case, thank you and I am all ears.

Whether you are giving friendly advice--or making a bid--or hoping for commissioins--what I would most like to see first, is a list of my "sellable" domains (even if for only $15) with either (a) suggested minimum auction price or (b) suggested non-auction "asking price."

Well I have heard Ebay mentioned as a poor place to sell domains, but if they do not demand exclusivity, I guess I might as well try it...

NO... the suggestion is 25% commission if you sell the domain... the 10% is "just for giving me special advice." And I can not assure you will get the 10%, because for obvious reasons it has to be pretty much up to my disgression. Also, if I end up giving someone 25% exclusive commissions, then I can not pay the 10% for tips. So I am just saying, please give me some friendly tips, as is often done in forums for free---and if it gives me serious help, I will feel obliged to give you a return "tip." No big promises, no big deal---unless just maybe somebody helps me get $10,000 for a domain, that's $1,000 just for giving me the right tip. Also don't forget, I have a lot of domains---so let's say I sell 10 for $1,000, that's the same deal...

Well if you seriously want to promote my domains, you can get 25% off the net (after auction or transfer fees are paid). The idea is that if you are the type of person who regularly lists domains for sale at numerous auction/listing sites, you can include some of my domains and get a commission. Three quick ideas:

(1) ebay ... I know it's already been brought up, but I have purchased many domains from eBay. It gets alot of traffic and you never know when someone is going to fall in love with one of your names. to save money, maybe place all of one category of names in one auction, like sell 10 casino related names for some minimum price. If the guy doesn't want to buy all of them, he can contact you privately and ask to buy the one he wants. This will get the names exposure. The downside is that it IS exclusive. Once you put something on eBay and someone buys it, it's a legal contract and they can sue if you if you have sold it during the auction to someone else.

(2) If you want to just blow them out, then try selling them in bulk to some other domain speculator. the downside is that you probably will get 5 cents on the dollar of what they are worth.

(3) At least put up for sale signs on the pages. You could make up a for sale sign for all of one category of domain name on your domainrigger site and then use enom to forward the domain for sale to that for sale page.

P.S. You sure are selling your traffic to some weird search engine. I put in "starnectar.com" and it says I searched for "final" Hmmm...

I have narrowed my list down to 200+ good domains about: domains, ecommerce, gambling, health, personals, adult, etc.

MY TOP 50 (or so) DOMAINS. Domains that I strongly believe in, or that experienced people have told me probably can be sold for at least $50 to $500. If there is a price, the domain has been appraised for that value. Any of these that do not sell by July 8, I might accept half that price. So in any case--please make an offer! Thank you.
