Why can't I grab that domain? Shouldn't redemption period be over because it expired on 18-May-2003, meaning it should be free again on the 19-June-2003.
Its 27/28-June-2003 in most parts of the world so what’s the deal?

redemption period started on 19th jun 2003

the registrar was holding it from 18th may to 18th june and deleted it on 19th which changes the status to redepmtion on 19th so your best luck is 19th july and 5 more days for pending delete and you can grap it
