    Support Team told me:
"The reason for the high load on the CPU began treatment with the IP:

It is not conclusive from what you posted. The actions of the visitors form those IPs caused the high load. Yes, it could have been an attack.

While you search for a new provider, you may want to go with a provider who offers CloudLinux and a larger server resource allocation, to be on the safe side. Now a days many providers offer CloudLinux, so that might not be too hard to find.

@OP - Watch your language and attitude my friend. This community is about everybody and people trying to help each other. Besides it does't matter whether here or anywhere else, don't ever say those harsh words about anybody.

Back to your topic, blocking through .htaccess is only recommended and feasible for a handful of IP address. You didn't give any details on what platform your website is run on. For example let's say it uses Apache.. there are some apache modules that you can make use of to work with a free database like Maxmind's Geolite to get the job done easily with the help of their API.

Given the nature of your site, it's possible the IPs provided were scraping your site which can be very resource intensive. Try blocking the IPs as suggested. Creating some custom code that blocks users automatically when they view too many pages at once (you'd need to decide on a good threshold for your site) could be very helpful as well.

I hate to be the one to look at it this way but if you are running a porn web site shouldn't you be expanding as your viewership becomes more and more. I mean maybe your website is getting more traffic then the current web hosting service(not the provider) can handle and you should look into getting a VPS or Dedicated server. 25% on a vps is nothing but when you share the server with xxx users 25% for one website is quite a bit, that is why they shut it down for the moment.
    not a hoster.
