I need advice here.
I have a reseller account with mehost.com since more than 6 months now. Yesterday, I receive an email from a customer saying that her website is down since monday. I look in WHM and find out that her account has been deleted.
I open a support ticket to find out what's going on. They close the ticket saying the account has been deleted for hacking attempt.
I've been hosting this website since a year now and I know that custumer very well. It's a lady running an educationnal website about whales. Come on, it's not a hacking website, the women doesn't even know how to do that.
I re-opened the ticket asking them more details and proofs (logs) and now they ignore my tickets. They treaten to shutdown my reseller account if I recreate the account.
The women is now pissed off at me, and with reason.
Only thing I could see, is that her account got hacked and the hacker used her account to launch an attack but I can not know since mehost ignores me.
What should I do ? I'm starting to get very mad at them.
