Is it possible to change the layout (text and pics) of the Raq4 cp?
Also I maybe wan't to add some features or menuchoices to it. Where are those files and is it possible and is it wise to do so?

It is indeed possible. But I am not sure it's advisable as any sun upgrade may break your changes. Have a look at the files in /usr/admserv

It's not too hard, if you know how to write and read perl scripts. I added an interface for a spamfilter to the gui of one of our raq4s and up till now it works w/o any problems. I'm just waiting for the update that screws everything up ;-)
