today i found out that my customer used a stolen credit card to purchased my host . Of couse i closed his account and report to visa ,But this guy is smart he did not purchase domain at my site, he purchase his domain somewhere else , and i think he also purchased some host from difference company , what should i do to stop this guy to use stolen credit card to come to my host again?(i know he has at least 2 cc ),and his ip from Asia ,but his domain is from US

Block both his IP and his domain? Is he from Indonesia or Malaysia?

i just dont want ohter host to deal with those kids like that . i need to find something to trace his **s ,so he cant able to use stolen cc again ,may be report to his company which he bought domain from? any idea?

he purchased his domain from other website, i also closed his account from my host

In the future... only accept charges with the proper billing address for the credit card. Make sure that the IP address is atleast from the same country, if not the same city/state, that the billing address is in. Even call them on the phone and verify information with them. Get a faxed copy of their Credit Card and drivers license.

There are many things you can do besides blocking IPs. Unfourtunatly, you can really only protect yourself from him in the future. Other hosts are on their own.

In addition to what others have said, take a look at Merchant 911 or Card Cops.
