How sad to hear such news like this.

http://www.bringcannyhome.com

Canny was abducted from a basement car park before she was raped, stabbed, strangled and set on fire.

Have a friend emailed me this morning and redirected me to the above URL. This kind of incidents have been happened again and again during the last couple of years. I remembered I at least read more than 10 articles last year about murders and rapes in the shopping mall carpark or basement.

It seems like Canny case has brought a big impact to the Malaysia society:

People who commit crimes like that are sick. I just don't see how someone could throw aside her feelings and their morals and do something like that.

I'm very sorry for what happened to her! Why are there sick people in this world who can't do nothing with their time, but instead solve their problems by attacking people?

There must be a lot of very mentally ill people in this world.

Most of what you hear in the UK is people doing this to children.

The world is a pretty grim place often. Why dont we get happy stories for a change?

Happy stories dont sell newspapers and dont create media hysteria. To me that is just another part of the grim world.
