Precautionary Measures

Hello everyone, I'm not a web host, but I think this thread would go under this forum. Let me explain, I am the owner of a portal for webmasters called yesWebmaster.com.

My web site has been up with the current look since January. I have many original aritlces and guides on my web site, along with many other things. I recently partnered with a new upandcoming web site for webmasters called Fiki.net.

Fiki.net signed an agreement that you may use 8 articles/guides from my web site. They're still building it, but if you visit the site, you'll see they basically have stolen my channels. They say they're just using them for the layout, and will fill in their own links and information.

I told them I'll be watch very closely. I just wanted to let you all know so that if anything were to happen, like if they totally ripped off my web site, I would have many members on this board that would beable to acknolege this.

This is just a precaution, please don't go harrassing them, just make a note that you have seen this, in case I have to take legal action later on.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks,

Jonathan P.
