New design! Would you buy services from us?
Hello fellow WHTers,
We recently redesigned our website to take advantage of mobile friendliness and Bootstrap 3: https://www.lcwsoft.com/
Given the new design, would you buy our hosting or domain services? If so, why not.
Feel free to bash anything that is less than great, as we want honest opinion, not people just being nice

It looks nice. As a WHMCS theme you have done a great job. At first i looked at it and didnt think that its WHMCS.
But I am just being honest and i have a recommendation which is you can make the websites URL's SEO friendly. It will looks good and easy to remember.

Honestly, this is pretty much WHMCS default, so it shows that it's WHMCS, unfortunately. Not that it's bad, but it does pretty much show 'Hey, I'm WHMCS'.
Given that this is strictly WHMCS, you won't fund a lot of luck there. WHMCS doesn't do SEO well, at all. The KB can be SEO'ed and that's about it.
That's not saying that the theme isn't good , mind you, but it's basically a knock off of the 'six' theme. Some pretty decent customization and hooks in there, but it looks like the pretty stock 'six' theme except with those customizations and the homepage template modification. Would I buy from there? Absolutely, as it does show that you've taken the time to make the site yours. Great job.Tom Whiting, WHMCS Guru extraordinaire

Thanks everyone! It is based off the stock Six template, but will be getting more customised over time to do some unique stuff that we want as well.

Buddy, your site look awesome!
Hmm... honestly I will not buy from that site, the reason is very simple.... the brand is very important for my business (money) sites. But yes, I will buy for my "testing domain" if the price is low.
In my humble opinion, the website appearance is important, but also the brand (trust).
Hope this little honest opinion will help :-)

In my opinion, it will depend on who are your targeted customers.
If you're targeted on low end market, you have to go low price first (in order to grab market share), then you may slowly revise your pricing.
Anyway, if you're targeted on business/ corporate customers, I think you have to heavily rely on advertisement to boost your brand name. As I know, most of business/ corporate customers will trust the brand name more than other factors.

Think live chat would be good and maybe the prices are a bit high ... but if you have nice customer support they are okay again. Site looks very good!

it depends on your target audience, I am a webdesigner/developer, so I see WHMCS default template, just a bit customized; so as for me, I wouldn't buy: no brand, no design at all, I want to buy from more established companies. But remember: I am a specific potential client, and I know this industry. So developers/designers/coders won't buy from you I think.
Please take a look at https://www.lcwsoft.com/index.php?m=reviews section. I suggest you to remove "1 yr ago", "5 yr ago" etc: there are no new reviews, so potential customer may ask why all reviews are old, only 2-3 reviews/year, may be this site is abandoned? You know. Just remove it, and review page will work better and will help you.
The rest is fine: everything is working, easy to read, no problems.
Good luck!

More simplicity
Looks good but alot of text I barely know what to read first.
I barely noticed the products on the first page.

It looks fine but there is too much information. So much txt added SEO in mind? its really hard to read on PC and on a mobile.

Gives me the impression that it's tech oriented, so I definitely would.
This is just a personal preference, I don't know if others have an issue with this, but the bootstrap buttons just put me off. I think they'd have a shinier look ( and flat at the same time ) if the initial color was the one on hover and vice versa.
Since you're giving us freedom of critique here, I think I'd like it more if the packages on the homepage were in a pricing table.
Hope I've given useful feedback.

I like the design. But as you know after getting continuous bug updates and releases from whmcs, you must need to spend a lot of time in coding your website with whmcs. You can have your website and whmcs in different location. You done a great work keep it up !!!!
