    for non-english speakers only !!

    hi

my topic today is about dealing with those people whose

primary lanuage is not english ....

    i am one of them

of course i can talk a little english but that's doesn't mean that

i know every thing in advanced by using this language ..

cuz its not my native language

of course every body wants to deal with his costumers easily

and understanding them fastly let everything goes well

but some of servers woners got bored when they spend much

time to let his non-english costumers know what he want to tell

them about anything they want .

just wanted to know from this group what is the best host

or the best people they can deal with you easily and they smart

to get your point about any thing quickly ???

    note :

actually i have dealt with a british guy before one year and he

got ungrey and when i asked him in simple question , he

repalyed that he could'nt understand me

and every time says ( what do you mean ) ?

i think my language is not too bad , but i think british people

are not understanding others except they have native language

i hope you got my point and glad if you shared my topic

    regards

I think a decent host would have more patience and try to understand what you were saying. If he got angry with you because he couldn't understand you, then I would worry about any support you might need. Another way around it is to request a host who speaks your native language.

I am Australian, many people think we don't speak English, so that's why I replied

    English only.

If we are forced to include it on the rules page, there will be less tolerance.

This forum is moderated by English speaking/reading people. To make us learn every language is an unreasonable request.
There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

Surely there are hosts managed by people from other countries then native English speakers? There are Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Israeli, Spanish etc etc hosts out there right, so why not find one that speaks your language and go with them.

Actually there's quite a few though you'd need to ask for a specific language. Over the years here I've seen a lot of support techs and owners who speak english as a second language - and still manage to use english far better than a lot of people who use it as a first language

Wasem, just mention your prefered language and I'm sure the happy helpers at this forum can match you up.

mahinder, a moderator has said "English only" and still you reply in your language. Guess it gets added to the official rules

Wasem, your English is certainly quite good, but don't degenerate yourself by using slang - it's because not cuz, and are not r! Sorry to nitpick but if you learn to use that you'll always use it.

It is often very hard to understand people who don't speak english very well who try speaking english anyway. Often what they are saying is impossible to decipher because of the poor translation.

I think if you can't translate it well, then don't translate at all.

Most times, I would prefer that they just ask their questions in their native language, and let me translate it. That way, it might actually make sense.

I often feel like translating what they said in english to their native language, so that they can see that what they asked made no sense.
