Need Your Opinion Regarding "Gambling" AUP
Hello.
In my current host, it is written that these things are not allowed.
Use of our service in connection with unlawful ...., ...., or gambling; ...
Do you think my domain is against their policy then?
Thank you.

The only way to really know is to ask your host.
If you are worried, open a ticket with sales and pretend to be a possible new client.

Realistically so long as you aren't doing anything that will get the host in trouble you're probably fine. For example running a forum or site that discusses gambling but where no actual gambling takes place is likely fine.
Running your own gambling site would in most cases be illegal and not permitted by law much less the Terms of Service.
Reaching out to the provider and asking them is your best course of action. That said no matter who your host is or what they promise make sure you have an off-provider and recent backup just in case. Without knowing your site and your provider - they could overreact which is why you would want to have the backup off-provider before asking and besides it's purely good advice.█ Michael Denney - MDDHosting.com - Proudly hosting more than 37,700 websites since 2007.

Great advice by @MikeDVB. What we see all too often here are OP's who have their accounts terminated for whatever reason, don't have backups and the provider doesn't respond to tickets or requests for access to make backups. You're much better off making a remote backup first, then asking questions.

Definitely best to ask your own provider regarding this.

I guess now you know! Strange that a forum discussing the topic is considered against their AUP, however, now that you know, you can ask the same types of questions to new hosts, before signing up with them. That way you know if you're in the clear before you start. It's always easier that way, than it is to ask after the fact, and find out you need to move all over again. Good luck with your next host!

Like everyone here is stating, most hosts won't care if you're just hosting a forum on gambling, or even a how to for gambling. It becomes gambling when actual transactions are occurring and bets are placed. Some hosts, however such as BlueHost won't even let you post profanity on your site or anything related to pornography or sex. That being said, open up a ticket with your host to be sure.

When you say they "may make threads,..." do you mean that you have setup the forum for them to post such content there? If so, that is straying a lot closer to any gambling provisions than if someone spam posts in a sub forum you've setup for a purpose that has nothing to do with that.
