Today I was doing something I usually do. That is when ever I see a client online I ask them "hey hows it going" or what not. Well today a client said HORRIBLE. I asked was it because of my services? He said yes. He later said that I had no right to delete the illegal warez he had on his site. I later explained that when he signed with us he knew the rules and that he was lucky I did not cancel him on the spot rather I gave him a warning and deleted the warez. After 2 hours of explaining my situation I ended by saying "If you have a hoster that will allow the warez... go for it"
This was actually the worst experience I have ever had with a client ... geez! I mean I cut the guy losse with a break but no he wants to bad mouth me and my company? So I am left with the worst desire to support him..... Regardless of the fact he said he watns to remain with us meaning I shall continue to deal with this individual!

wow, many of us would have that guy straight off our servers.
well done for giving the guy a second chance, although i would certainly closely monitor his actions from now on.

I am not sure I mean I told him for at least 2 hours on why I did it! I am actually laughing... Yes, I am monitoring him, I told him next one and hes gone from the server.

Can him. You don't want to risk getting your buisiness in trouble, and be sure to publish this idiots name so you don't get bashed for something that was justified.

dont waste your time monitoring his site...use that time and try to help your other customers or try getting new customers

i would of done the same, but i dont think its good business practise to give him a warning but then revoke his account without him reoffending.

I would have deleted warez, backed up html/databases, email them to him, delete site off server and tell him to have a nice day.
Trust me he is not going to stop they never do so save yourself some time and maybe even trouble and drop him now.

warez illegal copies of programs, games, just about any application that many people store on their websites so other can download them.

*Update*
He Is officially off my servers and non of my concern. He attempted to upload a adobe photoshop zip I aborted the transfer before it even made it and he is now canned. What a waste of time!
