PLease someone give me personal experience comments on the hosts below. Are they reliable?
I try to search on this forum but topic not related.
The host that I found:
1. pro-net-hosting
2. ************
3. *************
4. presage-designs
5. surpasshosting.com

It was a wild guess, but based on how he answered your request because it sounded a bit sneaky and like he was trying to get around his ban here. That domain has been banned on these forums for rules violations most likely.

Based on reputation, I would agree that surpasshosting is your best bet among your finalists.
But don't take my word for it. Take a look at this link and see feedback from people that have used their services.

coach is unlimited same as unmetered? surpasshosting offering unmetered sql data..email..

Unmetered means that they simply don't put any restrictions on it other than what your account can actually hold. So, for example if you have 50 MB of space, you obviously won't be able to create 999,999 email accounts because you don't have enough space.
The difference in unmetered and unlimited is the fact that the host simply doesn't monitor how many you can create. You are allowed to have as many as your particular account can hold.

never confuse Unlimited/unmetered bandwidth/space, with unlimited/unmetered features.
