Forum header / footer needed.

Hi,

Im the "webmaster" of BikeForums.com / .net, A forum-based cycling community. I currently have a very bland layout, im looking for a more serious, professional looking design.

What i need:

Header:
1. A logo designed for the site. Something that looks good on a 88x31 button as well as a 3' high banner.
2. Must have space for a 468 x 60 banner.
3. Must be viewable in 800 * 600 as well as larger screen resolution.
4. Search box in the header.
5. Under 150 pixels high

Footer:
1. Two areas for text (links & forum copyright info / site copyright info)
2. Links back to top of the page.
3. Fits in with the header.
4. Under 35 pixels high

If you need any further information, please feel free to email or PM me.

A few current designs i really like,
Overgrow's faq. An amazing header, great logo / placement and colors.
eDevBoard's header, great look, i really like the register / profile etc icons.
WebHostingTalk's (these forums) header, simple & easy colors, nice buttons.

I will email you but 2 questions/ideas.

1) I'm guessing you want a stretchy banner (like WHT)
2) I assume you want a 3" (inch) tall banner and not a 3' (foot) tall banner.

1: Yes, something that looks good at 800x600 or higher, only 2% of my visitors use a lower resolutions, and frankly, i dont care about them

2. No.... Im looking for a new / unique logo, something that scales well, it may end up on t-shirts, jerseys, or 3' by 5' banners (irl).
