Can you check some of your backlinks and see which ones are no-follow? Then perhaps contact the site owner and enquire.

You have nofollow backlinks because most places where you can submit link to your domain use nofollow tag.

To get dofollow backlinks, you need good content, someone is willing to post on their own website
(if you post comment under blog, it's nofollow. But if blogger mention your site/domain in blogpost, it would probably be dofollow)

    Followings are my domain:
    1. acaciahomecare.co.uk/
    2. acaciahomecarefranchise.co.uk/
Because of this my two similar domains create no follow back links.

It is because most of your backlinks are generated from no follow websites. You can use QuirkSearchStatus to determine the websites if it is do follow or no follow.

Most forums have no-follow attributes, so that could be worthless. If you are building links - try to get in touch with site owners and get dofollow links. But do not be concentrated on this. As I can see google is changing and I have a feeling that very soo backlinks will become a rudiment.

Actually, Its good to have a mixture of do-follow and no-follow links. These will make your link profiles look natural. If all links are do-follow, then Google may not like it cause Search engines want backlinks to be built naturally.
