I'm currently looking around the net and found some good and bad reselling packages and so far, I must say that Alabanza hosts packages are by far better than the rest =).

your email address is at addr.com... Is that your domain? I just cancelled my account there as the support was very very very bad. If it is your domain I'd suggest altering your support system. At a guess I'd say they/you resell through ***** from what I've heard about them. I'm not out to bash anyone here but I think customer satisfaction should be pretty high on the list of a hosting company, and I can't say I got it...
