terrible xp on vpscheap
I registered a 2G ram 4core plan few days ago and moving my existing web to that server.
When I finished migrating the web and make test over it
I found every request(include static files) to http had a 200ms overhead waiting time.
Then I check the server config and got no issue.
After investigation I found the vpscheap.net website also got that lag and prove it to be the issue of host.
I send a inquiry to CS and got the following rely:
Im sorry, I dont know what to tell you if you think 200 miliseconds is not acceptable.
Regards.
Josh
Level 3 AdministratorI will gladly give you a refund since I cant waste my time or my techs time with such nonsense.
Fact - A human blink of an eye takes 300 to 400 milliseconds. You are complaining about 200MS.
Your payment is refunded.
Thank you
-ChrisThats absolute nonsense and proves you know absolutely nothing about these things.
Thank you
-Chris
Got <50ms waiting time for a complex php script and <30ms for static files
Terrible...

Depends on location of your server and your ISP network. You do get sort of slowness if you are based in US and trying to access the Australian server, you do get very slow access.

Hello,
Your site was tested and working as expected. There was nothing wrong with it or its load time.
Page load tests can vary from test to test, sometimes by significant amount.
Let me posts some proof - http://imgur.com/a/xxJXX
Top image is a test as of about 10 minutes ago. Tested from Dalas, TX
Bottom image is the test ran by our techs at time time of your ticket. You will see the date is January 5th, testing location is the same - Dalas, TX.
Following your logic, your site right now loads 7 times slower as it did when hosted with us, not as you claim, in fact there isn't a single thing loading in < 50ms.
I can also provide the Archived link by Pingdom.
Anyway, thank you for trying us, you did ask for a refund and you were given it in full.
Good luck with your next host.

Wow...
Someone needs an upgrade the communication department!
That could have been handled in a more professional manner!

first to say: network load time != server processing time
thank you for testing
your test seems take networking loading into account
so it various from location to location which I don't really care
I can deploy a cdn such as cloudflare to deal with it if we found US load time is really an issue
but what I really care is about server lag which I can't controlLast edited by dkishere; 01-08-2016 at 01:52 AM.

The server processing time with your new host now, is exactly the same as it was with us:

You still have exactly the same 200ms time to first byte
