Just wanted to give everyone a heads up: NEVER..and I mean NEVER use EZIC for payment processing. The gateway api itself is not absolutely terrible, but if you ever plan to talk to the company that handles your credit processing or perhaps receive a reply from a support email: Forget about it.
I tried to report these jokers to the BBB, but guess what..They're not members. Surprise Surprise. I've sent in the neighborhood of 20-25 emails to their 'support' with no response. When I call them no matter which option I choose, I get some salesman's voice mail, which, of course, is never returned. HORRIBLE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
