I just redesigned Exit Oasis, my popunder traffic exchange. When i made this design, I had 3 goals:
1) Make an attractive site
2) Make it search engine friendly
3) Keep the loading time down

So how did I do?

ENSupport - That effect is used alot, i'm fairly sure that he didn't steal it. All you'd have to do is make a 10x10 square with a grey background, and put a beveled 1px box in the center.. Easy as that.

Thanks IPowerBill. I guess there's several ways to make that effect. What i did was i made a square with a 1px dot and applied a white drop shadow.

I like the efficiency of the site as well as the title bar image. I would lose the grid in the title image though, stuff like that is used quite a bit. I would also try to incorporate a bit more of the colors from the title bar into the bottom bar of the page to give the site a bit of "visual closure". Also, I would change the title bar images on each page, while keeping the home page image, so a different image comes up when you go to the FAQ page, for example. Other than that, it's nice; well done.
