I am just starting with reselling and starting a webhosting company but would like to offer to sell domain names, where do i start? .com.au names are quite expensive here in OZ and not really alot of competition well not as much as .com registrations are concerned. Is it difficult to be accepted by registrants, what sort of references experience do they require that i have? This is a starting point for me and looking for general advise, can someone point me to a good tutorial which explains the necessary requirements.

Also, I have seen Directi.com being posted about here. No experience with them, but their prices are quite competitive.
