This....make sure that there are no hardware lights that indicate there is any problem. Also, if the host is currently turned off...make sure to turn it on.

    Possible ?

Is it possible restart of a lack of resources?
If it is possible, how can it be disabled and shared resources?

    Check RAM usage.
ESXi 5.5+ uses 4 GB RAM just for itself, even if it reports less. If you have more RAM and lots of VMs then allow up to 8 GB dedicated to vmware.
When you create a virtual machine there are two memory options, all locked and not. Not locking memory is the default because it allows overselling RAM. This also involves that your virtual machines RAM will be moving up and down on the hardware physical RAM. If there is a faulty RAM chip then it would cause sporadic reboots due to memory inconsistencies.
If your server has ECC RAM then look at the BIOS logs.

In any case, if it's rented hardware then just switch to another machine.
