Interchange installed...need gateway?

To anyone with Interchange

I've got Interchange installed, and I (like every other person on this board) want to accept Credit Card payments.

I'm curious as to where I specify the bank account for the funds? Do I need to purchase a credit card processing gateway? If so where do I specify said information?

I looked around, searched, and asked on a few other boards but now I'm more confused than when I started off. Since I'm confused I wonder if I made that the least bit understandable.

Thanks in advance for helpin' out a n00b.
