I'm looking at their rackBACK services for my cobalt raq3i. Has
anyone actually used their service to recover either to the same
cobalt server or a different server/location ?

Is the $25 per month worth it, or better spent towards a second
dedicated server and just use Jeff Bilicki's CMU ?

I have not used Rackaid in quite a while, but I can tell you they did do some work for me on my old raq3 a while back and they were very professional and easy to work with.. Huck(The owner I think) as also helped and offered much help to users over at the Rackshack Forums in the past including how-to and many other things so I cannot see a reason not to use them.

If you are looking for a backup solution and do not have two servers or drives I would say it might be the way to go.

You also might want to ask a mod to move this to the technical or maybe even dedicated forum.
