I am offering an Ensim 100 Domain license for version 3.5 that I was going to use on a server for web hosting but due to a lack of funding, I'm no longer pursuing. This server has sence been sold. Webppliance wasn't even installed on the server before I decided to quit.

I paid $240 for it, so I'll offer it for $150 or best offer.

You need to be a reseller of ensim to be allowed to sell licenses or transfer licenses, at least thats what i heard, but i think you can sell it with your server hardware all together if i werent wrong :p

True.. you are NOT allowed to sell it seperately unless your an officially a reseller, OR you can only sell it if its on your server

I have a quoted email from an Ensim Corp acct manager stating that as LONG AS THE LICENSE you bought is from an EARN partner (basically an 'special' authorized Ensim reseller)... then the end user can resell the license. He states nothing about a requirement about having to resell only with the server hardware.

The primary reason I asked Ensim directly is a specific clause in their current EULA stating licenses are non-transferrable. I will confirm with this manager about the 'must be resold with server' issue everyone else is talking about. Somehow I doubt this.

If you indeed bought the license from an EARN partner, I am 99% interested in buying it from you. I need proof of who you bought it from and the current asking pricing if not already sold. Also, the types of payments you accept (eg, paypal). Please PM me.
