Transfer sites to new drive

Help! I just had Rackshack do a restore on my RaQ4 and mount the old drive as a slave (plz don't ask why...long story, I need to get stuff up).

I was able to mount the old drive and copy the sites and essential config files, but isn't there a way to copy or transfer the Postgre SQL database? What about users & groups?

Didn't some (Cobalt or other) have a utility for something like this?

Thanks
