They offer free hosting and paid hosting services. With Free hosting, they offer a custom control panel. With paid hosting they provide you with cPanel Pro.

Its better to contact them and ask.

Most web hosts use cPanel but there are many who also use custom built control panels.

    Pretty sure it's built in-house.

It's a custom panel as stated in their page.

It's an improved version of the panel provided to YouHosting users.

YouHosting panel is completely different from 0x3webhost.
Theirs is a crappy throttled imitation of cPanel on the main page, and their own panel on the inside pages.

The source code is the same cause it's owned by YouHosting/Hostinger company.
Since they have full rights they improved it for their needs.

YouHosting is owned by Hostinger. Hostinger is hosted by II Hosting Media. ********** is also hosted by II Hosting media.

Quite the contrary. YouHosting came after ********** and the YouHosting panel is an improved version of the ********** panel. The YouHosting panel was again rebuilt and improved upon for the local Hostinger brands (hostinger.co.uk and the like).

I just took those words from an old Hostinger employee.
This is what he stated, there was a discussion about it

That's even worse, then, as 0x3webhost is still better (though we're talking of two both abysmal panels) than YouHosting's.

If you want a free panel, there's plenty of more than decent ones: Vesta, Virtualmin, ISPConfig are a few, all way better than 0x3webhost/YouHosting panels.

That's funny, because I've worked for almost two years at Hostinger too.

That depends on what you're looking for. If you're only looking for a pretty panel to handle a few dozen accounts, the open source panels are better. However, if you want a system to manage millions of accounts over dozens of servers, the panels you named are pretty much useless.

I agree but, from what seemed to me, OP wanted a panel for its personal server, not for a reseller service.

No, they don't; 0x3webhost uses its own panel, Hosting24 uses cPanel. None of them uses DirectAdmin.

I guess the same, I think that 0x3webhosting, YouHosting and Hostinger uses cPanel with a custom front-end.

YouHosting and Hostinger use their own panel, completely different from cPanel; 0x3webhost uses the same panel as YouHosting, tweaked to look similar (but failing) to cPanel.

It's not cPanel but it's a in-built own custom panel.
They all use the same panel with some minor changes from each other.

Hosting24 is the only one using cPanel if I remember well.

Actually, Hostinger has a subsidiary in Indonesia which operates the brand Niagahoster, which also uses the cPanel control panel.

Hostinger indonesian brand is Idhostinger.com; I've seen no reference ro Niagahoster anywhere on that site - and no reference to Hostinger on Niagahoster.
