What do you mean a linked clone? Can you explain the setup you're asking about?

KVM VPS will have 2 options : Full Clone and Linked Clone.
Full Clone will use a dedicated system configre.
Link Clone will use shared Drive of template -> so will it be performance than Full Clone or it is only saving disk space ???
How about IO Performance of them?

Linked clones share the same disk space, so presumably the more you add the more you're sharing IO etc.

That's really scary if you aren't careful. If you delete the base file or it gets corrupted due to a crash, you've now damaged every VPS involved, instead of maybe just 1.

You'd save space, but you're only talking about < 20GB on a full node.

    Hi,

Thank you all, i think if my customer always use Windows VPS. So smallest disk for Windows VPS is 8.5GB.

10VPS, i saved 76.5GB of hard disk. But i dont know this way can perform my VPSes or not.

Or i should use full clone???
