    ResellerClub DNS Down ?

Is there something wrong on ResellerClub DNS services ? None of domains resolve using their DNS.

I just posted in the lounge. Having issues as well. Can confirm - all domains at ResellerClub not resolving. Everything outside works fine

Any link to ResellerClub status page. Can't find anything useful.

Orderbox has 16 IPs for NS and 8 are under attack.

What about the remaining NS IPs?

Are all these IPs on same network / single server?

In the 2nd post they have mentioned all IPs are under attack, not just first 8.

    http://forums.myorderbox.com/index.p...n-dns/?p=11450

According to IP Whois , they seem to be in different locations, I have not checked via actual traceroutes.

Majority of them are in softlayed datacenter , and all of them are USA based datacenters .

normally they should have some servers in europe and asia datacenters .

    Hi,

Here is an update: Few of our IP addresses have been removed from the null route by the data centre. This has lead to a partial restoration of the DNS services.

We aim to remedy this across all our DNS servers and are hoping for stabilizing the DNS services in the next couple of hours.

    Regards,
    Team ResellerClub

    Hi,

    Here's an upddate:

All our IP's have been removed from Null Route.

The DNS services should be completely functional now.

We will update the Orderbox forum thread once we have a complete root cause analysis.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Please feel free to contact us, should you have any further doubts or issues.

    Regards,
    Team ResellerClub
