I have a server that is going to be open shortly.

Its semi-managed. I will help install scripts etc. Up front it is in NAC.NET facility thru Dedicated now, I am a reseller.

P4 3.06 Dedicated with HyperThreading Enabled
Redhat Linux 7.3
CPANEL+WHM
1024MB DDR System Memory
80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Disk
500GB Monthly Transfer Included

199.95 / month with setup fee of $249.95
(vs their price of $189.95 + 15 mo for the 512mb extra with 499.95 setup)

$249.95 / month with setup fee of $0.00
(vs their price of $299.95 + 15 mo for the 512mb extra with 499.95 setup)


Keep in mind this does have the extra 512mb ram in it.

Well its NAC.NET's prob. You can read about this all over the board. Dedicated now is getting a new oc-12 lit friday, er today. And nac.net has been having probs with a router and switch etc that should be resolved soon.
