i use start hosting, before, this 's very good,
but now ,my website is down, i contract they right now,
but i have not got restore yet, one day have past, one night past, my website have suffer heavy losses , i want to know,
that's Why?

But, whoever your talking about, if they don't answer you for over a day, perhaps it's time to look for a different host.

The server that your site is currently on is down. We are working to bring back up now. We understand that this is a frustrating break in service and will get it back up as soon as possible.


but, one night past,one day past, my website cannot open yet!
but ping, ftp ,email also good.

do anyone simple Similar me??

If you can ping, ftp and email works, then it is likely to be an issue with their webserver i.e. probably Apache. Perhaps you should contact them again.

Routing should be fine if you can ping the server.

they have fix the problem,i donot find other fit me hosting,
they say that :

There is currently a problem with the webhosting software. We have contacted the software provider and are waiting for them to apply the fix. It should be working again later tonight, sorry for the inconvenience.

i have to continue to use they hosting....
i cannot find other hosting better for they.
for the speed,the fuction,the price
can anyone suggest me other hosting?
