Need reference on this resellers...
Hello!
I posted a request to the Web Hosting Requests forum for a reseller account. Lots of companies answered, I chose several of them and contacted support to check the time of answer =)
I will have deal with companies which have answered in couple of hour.
The list of all companies I contacted is below. If someone had good\bad experience with some of them, post to this topic, please!
1) http://www.compady.com Good Website, Good Plans. Ansered in 1 hour.
2) http://www.vnpixel.com Good site, No Answer after 2 hours
3) http://www.ctwhost.co.uk Some errors on website, No Answer after 2 hours
4) http://www.apexware.com -- Pictures on ebsite don't load! No Answer!
5) http://www.serverlabs.com -- Answered in 2 hours =)
6) http://www.SimOps.com -- don't like their website, No answer!
7) http://www.P4HOST.com -- good ICQ support, Answered immediately by ICQ
8) http://www.acunett.com -- No Answer!
9) http://www.MXnetworks.net -- no good website, No Answer!

Actually i dont have any experiences with them but here are 2 threads regarding p4host and serverlabs which might help you on choosing one.Didnt mention others as you seemed to like only these two.

I wouldn't use the style of website as a judge of how good the company is. Some very good companies have crap websites.

i agree Adrian. if the support and uptime is good and if it also meets your needs then what to do with the website design.

i've been wanting to sign up with dathorn but their sign up form always seems to be down due to them needing to get a new server.

Well..
p4host turning safe_mode =on , if your script need safe_mode=off then you must take this into consideration..ok done

Honestly, anyone that thinks having safemode on is a requirement, doesn't understand how PHP works.
Back on topic... TEST TEST TEST, a good site design is $50-$60 from TM, and *some* companeis prioritize sales emails over support. Try a company, and if you aren't happy, or are unimpressed (keeping in mind you need to ACTUALLY email them to test their times) move on to a new company.A well-reasoned assumption is very close to fact.

most pop php script such as xoops,postunke,OSC needed the safe mode=off ....if you turning safe mode=on , many of scripts would return nothing..ok done
