Overall, it has a nice approach, but when you look deeper... well it leaves much to desired:
The drop shadow under all that blue text for the headlines, lose it, it just makes it harder to read.
The courier font turns me off, reminds me of my typewriters day... wait i didnt have any, they were gone well before i was born...
the "get your email templates... blah blah" seems to be randomly placed, just to be near the other three, move one of them down or something, its lacking balance, maybe move the testimonials up there or something

All that is very cluttered, lessen the text or move it around or something.
That entire page is an Insane amount of text, maybe throw in a few corporate pictures or something to liven it up... i got bored after a minute.
the features subpage is very very nice
one overwhelming trend is a lack of photography in there, it gets boring. I know you are going for a very corporate site, one that gets information across, but it lacks ATTENTION GRABBING
your partner site is extremely random, it gives me homicidal tendencies....
same with the promos page
when i click on ISP or WebDesign it pops up with a little box, but i dont know what the hell to do with it except close it... explain what you want people to do in there...
