Put my foot in my mouth.

My server had a real high load (30's to 50's) so I finally just went and told the server to restart. Well guess what. That was 5 hours ago and it still is dead. I have emailed support@ sysadmin@ sean@ brad@ and BurstNet has yet to email me back or anything.

skelletin staffing

I think they are on skelletin staffing for the holiday weekend. I have had slower than normal response times myself this week. I do know that Eric is there (or was earlier today) if that helps...

Wow, you are easy to please. Most people with a hosting company would be pissed about 7 hours of downtime. If I lease a server, I would want a 24/7 contact to do those emergency cold reboots or swift kicks to the side.

I don't think Burst offers remote reboot, at least not by default.

Well, it MUST be free because the site says they have it and is included in every dedicated account.
