Well if any one whants to look at the uptime for reseller site's here are mine.

If you mail suport the mail server says that it not accepting any emails. If sales says email to kevin well he is not responding. The server always goes down at 11:00 o'clock +1 GMT time. and stays down for almost 4 a 5 hours. It's now the 10th time that this happens. FDCserver is history with reseller hosting.

Now i'm going to look for a other host.

_EDIT_

Wrong button this one can be closed

If you are doing business you are responsible for many things. The most important is your customers. If you provide services for such low prices then that shouldnt mean ok this is the service you buy it then you go your way i go my way.
If you cant support what you sell or if you cant give any kind of guarantee then whats the purpose of doing business?

You will loose your customers one by one and you would see really such bad opinions everywhere like said for FDC.

Its hard to understand FDC.If there would be a competition about who is the worst i think FDC would come the first.Because they are trying everyway to become the worst.
Ok FDC is cheap but what is it if i cant get support and get really bad uptimes.

Also be carefull they charge credit cards manually. They dont have any secure site for this and no payment gateways like paysystems or 2checkout whatever. No automation systems.Accounts are created in 2,3 days. You cancel your account 2 weeks before renewal but however your credit card gets charged again. What you do is going your bank and demand a refund. You get your money back easily but lots of headache.

If you dont want to loose money, time and want some quailty dont event think FDC.Go around look for some others.I am sure you will find the best suites you.

And For Dathorn.Dathorn is as i always say excellent.Customer satisfaction comes first then money.Support response times are great.Uptime is perfect.

You just rest assure when working with them.Nothing to worry and time left for your other jobs

hehe love the BIG letters

Guys if you pay a little bit more, maybe the company is a little bit more established and willing to help you more in the support area and uptime.

Give it a try and see.

Regards
Phillip

Geez, and I had begun to hear good things about FDC recently.

I assume this is a machine on their regular Yipes! network?

Oh well :-(

Timeout while trying to access these URLs. Is that a bad sign?
