Server 3 has a history of issues in the past. Hope it's fixed soon.

Update: Just got a reply to ticket.
The issue was regarding an IP null route and it has been resolved now. The site is loading fine without any issues. Please try accessing your site now after clearing your browser cache. We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.
I miss online chat.

Was happy until...
Server 2 has also been struggling for days, (a couple of weeks actually) with no resolution from tech support.
High loads and even a message from h4g tech support saying that loads of 10-20 are normal! (8-cores on the server)
I have a re-seller account with them and by clients are now complaining.
I tried to send an email to Kushal @h4g but the mail just went to tech support with no response from him (a few days now), even though they said they would forward him the message.
He is active on this forum, so perhaps he might reply to this thread...
I was really happy with host4geeks until the last couple of weeks, since then it seems things have fallen apart.
Their ticket responses are quick and their staff are always courteous but with no resolution to these problems I feel like I'm being forced to migrate to another host
They have a vps sale going on at the moment - perhaps they are growing too fast, or have grown too big.

We had a DDoS attack exceeding <<snipped>> the protection limit that we have available on our cPanel nodes. Since the attack was above this limit, a null route had to be placed on the IPs being affected due to this before we could mitigate the attack.
This has nothing to with our servers, in fact all our cPanel nodes were upgraded to our SSD based setup last January.Last edited by anon-e-mouse; 04-27-2015 at 04:13 AM.
